Chapter 6: Clearing Out the Clutter

The snowmen around Sunset Valley are melting away, making space for new flowers to bloom. Spring has sprung.

Like father like son.

Bob tells him about his new powers, knowing at least for now Bobert can keep his secret.

He practices spells in front of him thinking he may enjoy the little explosions of light but Bobert's more interested in the weird doll some distant aunt sent him.

Bunny teaches him how to talk, his first word is "Ferrari".

These two really don't get along any more. There's the occasional attempt to flirt but it always leads to fighting.

With the nicer weather now Bob can get out of the crowded house and go to some secluded locations around town to practice in peace.

Like the old abandoned mine shaft.

The mountain lake with sharks in it.

Up in the rafters of The Grind night club. Even if Sims see him they will just think he's a performer using special effects.

Bob spots Molly's flame Jebidiah down at the bar and decides to be nice and call her.

"Yeah he's here at The Grind. Oh and Molly, he's not wearing a shirt."

On arrival she wastes no time.

Well that did not go as planned. Careful girl, that dress is awfully short.

"Yeah that's the point." 😜

He does throw her a glance on his way out the door. Playing hard to get?

The next day is Bunny's birthday and she's throwing a party. Molly is intrigued when she hears Bunny on the phone inviting Connor's brother Jared.

Molly prepares the bar with drinks and snacks for the guests, her specialty.

The maid, Kate Pistachio, is the only guest to bring food. Orange Pie.

Sparks fly. Hopefully Jared is not as much trouble as his brother.

Connor still thinks him and Bunny are romantically involved. He gets very upset seeing her flirt with Bob.

Their kiss sets him off.

He makes a scene and accuses her of cheating.

It's cute how bashful both Bob and Bunny look.

The party carries on. Bunny dances with Jebidiah. Who says men don't like to be twirled?

Molly yells at Jebidiah for ignoring her the other night.

"I'm married with a child Molly, what do you expect from me?" he counters.

Bob makes a new friend.

They even look a like.

Mutton chops for life bro!

It's time for cake.

Adulthood looks good on you Bunny.

Bob let's his wife know just how good he thinks she looks.

"The bathroom is two doors down Cycl0n3, get the hell out."

Where were we?

 Oh yes.

The guests have all gone home by the time Connor's age transition triggers.

Last slice of cake to eat alone.

He spends the rest of the night checking for wrinkles in all the mirrors of the house.

Sandi has graduated and returned home from the School of Peace and Love.

Just in time to help mom with a keg stand.

"Welcome back kiddo!"

"You're so much more useful now that you're not short."

"I missed you too mom." Sandi giggles in her extremely high pitched voice. Seriously its annoying.

Bunny wakes up the next morning and realizes she really hates the wallpaper in this room. Nothing in here matches her personal style at all. She reflects on getting older and making the most of their lives. Some changes are in order.

"Honey, I've been doing some thinking and I want you to be happy. If you still want to quit your job I'll support you. My sculptures are starting to get recognized and are selling for quite a bit now. Plus we have plenty of money in savings and should be OK for a while."

"I'm quitting to pursue my dream of not working here anymore. Rossini out."

He's very grateful to have such a wonderful understanding wife.

No Molly, not interested in a three way.

Best shower ever.

One more call to make.

The bathroomobile is back!

Real nice Molly, you couldn't let dad and baby have the only other seat when its pouring rain.

Back to our origins.

With a few extra friends this time.

We will need to expand.

That's better. It still needs to some personal touches but this will get us by.

Miscellaneous:

It was time to say bye to Connor. He was just getting annoying with the constant arguments thinking he is everyone's boyfriend. I had Fiona retire from the military before we moved out. One last nice gesture before we dump her with Connor.

I decided to bring Molly along for her shenanigans plus she makes pretty decent money as a chef. Also let her daughter Sandi come along for now, curious to see if she's as fun as her mom.

I had completely forgotten about the gold toilet in the old house. We classy.

Some photos that didn't make it into the story:

Fiona's retirement confetti.

Teaching Bobert to walk at the library. There was a child playing with that spaceship toy that vanished just before taking the screenshot.

Reading Bella a bedtime story.

Connor snuck into Molly's bed after his lonely birthday. That was a shock as they have zero friendship and she has ex-girlfriend status. I guess he was just desperate to not be alone.
